Green Smoothies with Cherimoya
3 leave of Spring Green (remote stems) - 1 cup of Spinach
- 4 large ripe pears (from our local farmer)
- 3 fresh dates (remote pits)
- 2 cup of fresh raw apple juice (orange juice or water)
We always add some fruit pieces; so we automatic chew our liquid foods.
Option 1 – Cherimoya (aka custard apple)– scoop out the white flesh, add on top of smoothie.
Option 2 – Cut Kakis in to bite sizes, add on top.
Durian Wild Green (Winter) - 50g Freeze Dried Durian
- 1 cup of water (rehydrate Durian)
- 2 ripe pears
- 3-5 leave of Dandelion
- 1 cup of Spinach
Pear-Wild Nettle (Autumn)
Melon-Romaine-Mint (Summer)
