The BEST EVER way to Enjoy Greens

 

 

 

 

Green Smoothies with Cherimoya

 

  • 3 leave of Spring Green (remote stems)

  • 1 cup of Spinach

  • 4 large ripe pears (from our local farmer)

  • 3 fresh dates (remote pits)

  • 2 cup of fresh raw apple juice (orange juice or water)

 

We always add some fruit pieces; so we automatic chew our liquid foods.

Option 1 – Cherimoya (aka custard apple)– scoop out the white flesh, add on top of smoothie.

Option 2 – Cut Kakis in to bite sizes, add on top.

 

Durian Wild Green (Winter)

  • 50g Freeze Dried Durian

  • 1 cup of water  (rehydrate Durian)

  • 2 ripe pears

  • 3-5 leave of  Dandelion

  • 1 cup of Spinach

 

Pear-Wild Nettle (Autumn)

  • 4 ripe pears

  • 1 cup of wild nettles

  • 2 cups of spinach  

  • 1 cup water

 

Melon-Romaine-Mint (Summer)

  • 1 galia melon,

  • 1 bunch romaine,

  • 1 handful of mint,

  • 1 cup water
